DRILLS & SKILLS

LOBA emphasizes comprehensive training of basic and advanced basketball skills used by Varsity, College and European players, with a focus on offensive skill development.  Drills are adapted to be appropriate for each skill level.

Typical drills for all levels include:

Dynamic Ball Handling ♦ Basketball Balance and Footwork ♦ One-on-One Skill Moves

♦ Finishing at the Rim ♦ Shooting off the Dribble ♦ Shooting off the Catch

♦ Creating Separation for Elite Shot Making

CLASS SIZES

Beginner and Intermediate groups average between 40 and 60 players each, depending on the time of year. LOBA coaches are added as necessary to maintain a low player : coach ratio, and assuring that every player is given personalized attention not typically found in group training situations.

Advance level groups are typically smaller, in the 15-20 range, and benefit from intense one-on-one attention from LOBA coaches as well as personalize training plans.
