Our Women’s Basketball League is back!

Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Thursday May 23rd, 7pm at the SCC
Games Start: Sunday, June 2nd
Cost per Team: $600 – less than $8 per player, per game
Includes: 8 game guarantee including en of season tournament, and tournament T-shirts to season champs

The Summer Slam tournament has been a tradition in Tucson since 1994. Entering its 26th year, it is one of the largest tournaments in the Southwest, attracting a diverse mix of teams — including teams from the Western US and Mexico – that makes it a unique and competitive experience. Hardwood Hoops – Spring League Basketball

The Hardwood Hoops Spring League is coming to a close! Their last games will be on Saturday, May 18th. If did not have a chance to participate in this season, the Fall League will start shortly in early September. Games are held at the center every Saturday. Divisions are offered to boys and girls high school (Freshman, JV, and Varsity) programs and youth teams 3rd grade through 8th grade. Global Elite FC Programs

BASE & CORE Program | Dates TBA

Global Elite FC is the first futsal combination set up in Arizona to incorporate the best practices, tactics, and philosophies from the world’s leading youth programs into one single curriculum. The objective at GEFC is to develop the complete player, by placing ‘intelligent decision making’ as the cornerstone of the training environment. The main benefits of these programs are Ball Mastery, Speed of Play, Agility and Balance, Movement Off of the Ball, and Creativity. Tucson Basketball Summer League

TBL’s Summer League has started! If you missed out on registering for Summer League, no worries! TBL runs all year long and will be back with a Fall League!

The Tucson Basketball League is an adult-recreation league devoted to promoting spirited competition with a strong emphasis on sportsmanship. Now in its 21st year of operation, the TBL has included hundreds of teams and thousands of players over the years, including some of the best amateur (and a few professional) players in Southern Arizona.  For more information regarding the league, please visit their website.

Hardwood Hoops – Summer Basketball Camp
Session 1: 
June 3-6
Session 2: June 10-13
The Hardwood Hoops program is directed by Coach Karl Pieroway former men’s head basketball coach at Pima Community College and Ironwood Ridge High School.  Hardwood Hoops Camps are committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game and having fun.  Camp will include teaching; ball handling, passing, shooting, footwork, 2-man game, 3-on-3, 5-on-5, and more.  The staff will consist of former and current college and high school coaches and players. Global Elite FC – Summer Futsal League

ONE 10 Basketball Camp
The camp will take place July 15-19, from 9 AM – 5PM. ONE10 is a nonprofit organization committed to the development of youth student-athletes. Their mission is to offer kids of all backgrounds and ability levels the opportunity to increase skill level, knowledge and love of their sport.  Athletes will learn life-lessons and build core values such as hard work, respect, discipline, self-motivation, team work, and sportsmanship. Using the revenue created from their organized camps, corporate sponsorship contributions, and individual donations ONE10 provides free camps to athletes who are in an unequal socioeconomic position and awards college grants to student-athletes who show exceptional sportsmanship and integrity both inside and outside of the sports arena.
