Tournament Roster Submission

All Rosters must be submitted online before the tournament begins, and will be finalized at check-in. Click the button above or fill in the form below and submit.

We have implemented the process of having coaches submit their rosters prior to the tournament.  This has had an enormously positive effect on the tournament because it ensures teams are registered for the correct division, and it speeds up the check-in process.

Please complete the form below and “Submit” before the due date. Note the following:

• Player names and birth dates ARE REQUIRED.
• Shirt size options are in Adult Men’s T-Shirts: S, M, L, XL.
  If not received 5 days before the tournament, size requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Roster information can be revised any time prior to the start of the tournament, but a final roster must be submitted prior to the beginning of your first game.

There are NO grade exceptions in this event. Please double-check the Age Guidelines to see if your players are eligible to play in your registered Division.

By submitting this form, the head coach certifies that all information is true and acknowledges that use of an ineligible player may be grounds for game forfeiture or other consequences in accordance with Tournament Rules.
